Breast Cancer Misdiagnosis on Mammogram - Medical Malpractice

We filed a case against a doctor and hospital for failing to diagnose our client's breast cancer.  During the case, we discovered that our client previously had a mammogram and a radiologist doctor saw calcifications on the mammogram and concluded that those calcifications were not cancer.  That was a misdiagnosis.  He did not order a biopsy of the calcifications or any followup.  As a result, our client's cancer spread and our client died.  We obtained the mammogram and discovered that those calcifications were very suspicious for breast cancer and should have been biopsied.
