Cataract Surgery Opthalmologist Used the Wrong Lens-Medical Malpractice

Our client had cataract surgery and after the surgery he had worse vision than before the surgery.  We filed a case against the opthalmologist who performed the surgey.  After doing an investigation we discovered that opthalmologist used the wrong replacement lens.  The case settled when the opthamologist agreed to pay money to settle the case to compensate our client for his damages.
