Eye Injured by Not Protecting it During Surgery

Our client had heart surgery but when he awoke he had a corneal abrasion which became infected and his vision was permanently damaged.  We filed a lawsuit against the Hospital where he had the heart surgery.  We discovered that the Hospital had not properly protected our client's eyes during the surgery.
