Failure to Diagnose Meningitis

We filed and settled a case against a hospital, its emergency room doctors and an obstetrician for failing to timely diagnose and treat meningitis in a four-month old little girl. We argued that the delay in treatment resulted in the little girl suffering complete hearing loss, cerebral palsy and irreversible brain damage.
