Laparoscopic Hernia Surgery Causes Death

After our client died following laparoscopic hernia surgery, we filed a lawsuit on behalf of our client's family.  During the lawsuit we discovered that the doctor had punctured our client's intestine during the hernia surgery and failed to recognize that he had done so.  We also discovered that the doctors and nurses caring for our client following the surgery failed to take appropriate action in response to our client's deteriorating condition.
