Man Dies After Falling Out Of Bucket Truck

A Belle Vernon man, who was doing work in Wilkinsburg, fell out of a bucket truck about 25 feet to his death.  He was trimming trees from power lines when the accident occurred.  The victim, David Winkler, 48, was a subcontractor working for Duquesne Light.  He was transported to UPMC Presbyterian where he was pronounced dead.
