Man Killed in Construction Accident

A construction worker was killed when he was struck by falling concrete while working at a construction site.  Yamil Gonzalez, 29, was working on the fourth floor of a structure when a crane lifting materials struck the fifth floor, causing a piece of concrete to fall on him.  The accident occurred at Longwood in Oakmont, an assisted living facility.  Mr. Gonzalez was working as a subcontractor for P&B Partitions of West Berlin, N.J. 

The incident is being investigated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
