
UPMC chief executive officer Jeffrey Romoff received approximately $3.95 million in compensation for fiscal year 2007. That's an increase of 19% from 2006. Mr. Romoff also recieved pension plan contributions of $41,968 and an additional $20,380 for taxable expenses such as a car allowance, spousal travel, and legal and financial counseling.
