Berger & Lagnese Gets $1.8 Million Jury Verdict in Failure to Diagnose Lung Cancer Case

On April 21, 2011, a jury in Erie County, Pennsylvania awarded $1.8 Million to the children of Carolyn Champlin, who died in April 2005 as a result of her doctors' failure to diagnose and treat her lung cancer. Mrs. Champlin's children were represented by attorneys Joshua Berger and David Paul of the Pittsburgh law firm of Berger & Lagnese.
