Posted on Jan 02, 2012
Our client was a patient at Bon Secours Hospital in Altoona, Pennsylvania. As a result of her doctor's failure to diagnose and treat her bowel obstruction, a bowel perforation developed, causing our client to die from infection. Berger & Lagnese attorneys Joshua Berger and David Paul filed a medical malpractice case against the hospital and Dr. Muhammad Naji. We obtained a jury verdict of $663,891.03 on behalf of the family.
