Hospital Fails to Keep Bedrails Raised; Woman Falls, Breaks Hip and Dies

Our client was known to be at a risk to fall and therefore was supposed to have her bedrails up.  The hospital failed to keep the bedrails up and our client fell out of bed and suffered a broken hip.  During the surgery to repair the hip our client died.  The hospital agreed to pay money to the husband and family of our client to compensate them for their loss.
